Tried ringing them to get a update on my phone repairs... I have given up as no one picks up or even return your call if you leave a message... Quite useless for a phone company that can't even answer a phone.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Careless and unhelpful. They need to understand that many people are not tech savvy so rely on their help. Moved companies so hope to never deal with them again.

Paid for a top-up of data, while in NZ on holiday, three hours later, phone still showed no data. After a number of back and forth phone calls, phone finally worked. Communication and understanding were poor when explaining the issue, which added to the frustration. But, to give them credit, they did fix their error.
