The owner is AMAZING!! So very helpful and he genuinely wants to help, and not wanting to rip you off! The owner also helped me install my PC parts I brought here! 5/5 for sure!

I found this store with friend's on a road trip from Auckland to Hamilton. We were seriously impressed with what this store was selling as it wasn't like any other tech store we'd ever seen. We have yet to see a store that sells both tech, PC and Anime pop culture related Item/ tech accessories in NZ. The PC cases were so unique as were the mice and keyboards (the store itself was unique, honestly). The guy serving us was also a joy to talk to as well as knowledgeable on Tech and Anime. Wish we had a store like that in Auckland. Definitely THE highlight of our quick trip to Hamilton.

worst customer service, no help at all, a lot of talking with each other, was not approached to see if I needed a hand with anything.

This is a brilliant store. The staff are nice and they have a lot of good stuff from cool brands you might never of heard of.

Cool gear and Great customer service and they didn't annoy you every 5 minutes. Not much of a tech guy myself but there is stuff here, in store, for the geek in all of us.

Both manager, and sales girl were extremely helpful at getting me what I wanted and needed in the most affordable way.I highly recommend Mad Click to anyone who needs anything tech or anime related!

I took in my son's computer to get upgraded. My son spent almost $2000 buying the graphics card and he wanted it installed in his computer. Guy at the shop convinced us that we had to buy a new power supply, bigger case and more ram in order for the graphics card to be compatible. We spent around $800 more to get all those issues sorted in his shop. I come back the week after to pick it up and now he's telling me he's having some issues. Then covid lockdown happened.I went to pb tech and they advised me that the motherboard and CPU in my son's computer were too old and outdated for that particular graphics card. And any semi decent computer tech could've told me that. That there was no point in spending an extra $800 to get those parts as the graphics card would never be compatible. Angrily I went back to pick up my sons graphics card but it mysteriously had gone missing. The guy kept coming up with different stories including one scenario where he said he had already given me the card back. Except the date he recollected was during Covid level 4 lockdown when we are at home and his shop was closed. And when I showed him that and further pressed and asked for surveillance he apologized and said he'd look for it. He's now been fired aand the owners son told me he had ripped off multiple other customers and that I should leave it with him and he will sort it out for me. Months have gone by and I still don't have my son's graphic card back and I'm out of pocket another $800. They haven't called me or even bothered to email me back. I have filed a police complaint of fraud and theft. I will also be suing the shop. This could've been sorted but they went out of their way to rob an 11 year old child of his hard earned savings. I will see you clowns in court.

Small but friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are helpful.
