Amazing customer service, pbtech is transparent about the process, Al the staff have expanded knowledge of all products they sell. The customer service is great, they so happy to remedy everything & when they say they call you back ect they stick to the times and go the extra mile to fix any issues... - Nice to have genuine customer service again so many other business's lack. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ✓

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not pushy with sales and super friendly and fast service. Good prices compared to other stores in Palmerston. Would definitely recommend and be coming back there! Kai served us and was awesome!

Has everything you need for your tech world. Just wish the in store service was as good. We waited in line and one of the staff members didn't give us the time of day. Rudely went off to someone she knew who had walked in the door to have a chat. They really need to understand that wallet size doesn't necessarily relate to appearance.

Solid team. Always helpful. Had to replace item under warranty. Was given an acceptable week turn around on specialty product however turned out only a few days and I was back in business. Brilliant.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but their online ordering service sucks. Click and collect takes longer then they say it will and even after getting told you can come get your stuff they can't" give it to you because noone in the store has the authority. And while the staff are knowledgeable about the tech stuff they seem to have very little idea about the stores systems and procedures which aren't customer friendly. Sent me away 2 days in a row even after telling me to come back the next day. Still don't have my items dont know when ill get them and generally not impressed."
