Gladstone Grand Hotel
This place is beautiful- it might not be a 5 star hotel but my experience was. The rooms are warm and comfortable, the bathrooms are easily accessible and wonderfully warm, and the whole place is incredibly tidy and clean. The food at the pub is a mean feed. For such a good price, this place is all you need from a hotel. Breakfast is included in the cost! Thanks so much to the owners for this lovely stay.

I think this place gets a bad reputation. It’s not as bad as people make it out to be. It is a bit bundy but that’s what you would expect for the pricing you’re paying. The toilets and room are not top notch but they’re still fairly good. There wifi which is not amazing but better then I expected. The bed and not uncomfortable, my only complaint would be the sheets are loud. The people were really helpful. We came back late at 12 am and the door was locked. We called the owners and they were very nice and let us in.

Old world hotel full of charm. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed (great pillow!) and charming staff. Bar and restaurant downstairs, and I was delighted to discover does not impact ability to get a good night's sleepDecor in need of some TLC but certainly doesn't prevent an enjoyable stay.

Central.. we stay at the free carpark at the back..went for dinner at the pub in the hotel and food was amazing... lovely ladys look after you.. Great spot

We had meals only. Quite nice but a bit overpriced. Was rather noisy due to locals having their drinking night in the same room . Wouldn't go again at this time of day.
