Very nice people and they work fast

I am not happy at all and will not be using flick Anticimex again. I do not recommend using flick as they have stuffed around my parents parcel and also mine. I have been waiting since the start of February for my parcel, it has now been 3 months, and in a few weeks it’s 4 months. My parcel is no use to me now but cost me over a couple of hundred dollars which now I’ve lost. I’ve spoken to a worker at flick who was no help then emailed the manager and still no help at all.. they just sent details on covid 19 and blamed that. But the thing is it wasn’t lockdown when my order should of been shipped to me. I am super angry.

John comes every 6 weeks to lay bait for the ants - he is always professional, helpful and friendly. Ricky sprayed the house for all insects and was early, respectful and communicative - he rang me to let me know when he had finished as I had to be away from the house for 4 hours. We have had the house sprayed for three years and now no flies, spiders (therefore no cobwebs), cockroaches live long after they enter the house. It is our experience that the spray is still working at the end of a year. Highly recommend this product.
