Long queue was told to go elsewhere (post shop) to get my registration as there was only one person working and they close in an hour. Poor experience.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve always had a great experience when I go to the store. They’re always ready to help out and are passionate with what they do. Shaun the manager is really nice and helped me out when I came in last :). Good work AA

Helpful staff who sorted out my IRD number pretty quickly. Worth going to this place rather than NZ post office if you are looking to submit your application for an IRD number.

Wof inspector lacking PR skills... comes across as very rude. If he doesn't like you, your vehicle is left parked as far as possible from the office... in the 'naughty' park. I'm in my 70s so that wasn't helpful.Reception staff great.

Had a great experience while renewing my License yesterday. The counter staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well as funny. Special thanks to Rita who was especially helpful. A real credit to the business.Keep up the good work ladies

No staff able to help, closes at 5pm but they do whatever they can to stop serving customers from 4pm. Waited for 40 minutes to be told at 4.40pm they wouldn’t have time to handle my very simple transaction. There were 4 other staff members milling around doing not a lot and only 1 person able to do anything! None of these applications are online yet their in person set up is slow, and time consuming.

Impossible to get through to them on the phone! Literally have to drive in and walk into centre to get a simple answer to a question. AA used to be about service. Certainly isn’t anymore!
