The managing system on vaccine i think is totally chaos. I got email from this center that we can book online or walk-in, and we walked in the nearest center from our place but they are renovation and no vaccine until February, so I brought my son to Windsor asking them if we can walk-in at 10am, and they said yes but maybe wait 15-20 minutes after booking Guys done, i said ok and do I need to register something, they said no. During the waiting i found some people also walk-in behind, but they they worker gave them a waiting ticket number, which shocked me. I told them i was here already one hour, why didn't you give a number, so then they gave me a number. Actually I'm fine to wait as we are walk-in,but at least there should have a system, now we're still waiting, the interesting things is even 10 am booking people who have already remind them took vaccine behind 10:30 bookingguys.

It used to be a good practice when they first open, in a convenient location and easy parking. However things change over time. They keep taking in new patient beyond their capacity. Always had to wait for 1 hour despite arriving on time for almost all of my appointment. And it gets worse, I had to wait on phone for half an hour just to make a booking. And it gets even worse. Since last year their phone system automatically hang up on me, so I haven't been able to make booking for almost a year. I first thought it was temporary and didn't really need to see GP anyway, but after many months when I tried again same thing. Worst GP ever in Auckland

last week I called them and wanted to book a time with any doctor, the receptionist told me already fully booked on that day, but they could put my name on the waiting list. After 2 or 3 hours, they called me and said another client cancelled the booking, so they booked that time for me. Friendly staff, helped me immediately, really appreciated.

During a specialist consultation, a women came in, without introducing herself, very rudely she interrupted and took over conversation from the specialist, I told her I understand perfectly what the specialist meant, but she insist that I should listen to her, I thanked her and repeated that I understood, she seemed offended and turned away abruptly… Very strange situation, and unprofessional behavior! The receptionist doesn’t seem very friendly either.

If I could give zero star... for the worst experiences I had with this GP Clinic. Every time I have to wait 30-60 mints for my appointment. I try everything to understand, but the front desk staff show no care or knowledge about the situation. The final straw for me was when I was asked to see the doctor on a Saturday, which incurred an additional $10 surcharge. As usual, I had to endure a 43-minute wait, despite complaining three times because I was suffering from a severe and frequent cough. To make matters worse, the doctor made a mistake with my prescription, which I discovered when consulting with the pharmacist. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the error, the clinic had already closed. I couldn't get my prescription due to the doctor's negligence, leaving me to suffer with worsening symptoms over the weekend without any help or medication support. This level of unprofessionalism is highly concerning, and I strongly believe that this clinic has significant issues with its workflow, attitude, and professionalism. The mistake they made with prescription is not just a minor inconvenience; it has the potential to have life or death consequences.

After two doctor appointments here, I will be looking for a new medical centre. Both times I felt the doctor did not really listen to my concerns and was quite dismissive. It felt like I was paying for nothing. Also, appointments seem to always be running late. However I do have to say, the female nurse I saw once was amazing.

I have been here three times since I enrolled over a year ago. First time it was not bad, I saw Dr Jessie for an appointment and did a blood test with a nurse. Both were very friendly and professional. Second time I tried to book in to see GP for a referral to see a gynaecologist, receptionist booked me in and when I called to change appointment time, they only cancelled my original appointment but failed to rebooked it at the new time as confirmed on the phone. So I showed up to get told I don’t have an appointment. They told me they don’t have phone record and couldn’t find my appointment. Due to that experience, I don’t trust their booking system or verbal confirmation anymore. I asked for email or text confirmation for my third appointment, a PCR test for international flights. Only get told that “we don’t send confirmations. We never do.” Well, that almost made me laugh. They charge $45 to see a GP and $250 for a PCR test for international flights. Obviously it is not enough money for them to bother setting up auto confirmation in their system or manually type some words as requested by their patient. Maybe doctors are not bad. But reception team is very disappointing. I won’t come back again.

Windsor Medical Centre doesn’t seem to understand how to manage Covid-19’s restrictions despite being a vaccination centre. In my experience I had booked my second dose for 4:00pm and was not seen until 4:24pm, which means I had to wait around in a small space surrounded by lots of other patients all of whom were not responsibly managed within the 1-2 meter restrictions. Staff also worked within close proximity of each other the entire time, often within shoulders touching type spaces. The nurse and staff were very kind, and when I was seen to it was quick and efficient so I do not believe this to be a failure of staff but perhaps management and space usage. My suggestion would be to limit reception staff as you do not need 3-4 girls sitting so close to one another, and to adhere to the booking system time schedule otherwise there is simply no point in having such a system. You could have people wait in the car and then have people come in groups when called upon from the office~ it is better to be safe than sorry. At this point I wouldn’t recommend having your vaccination here as I believe it fails on the fundamental guidelines set out by Health and Safety.Hopefully this is taken into account and can be improved on.Kind RegardsJY

I can understand due to busy working environment if your stuff have a bad temper. But their bad temper is everytime. Not just bad temper but disrespectful. They even shout at my mom and discuss my mom’s conditions at front desk where irrelevant people can hear.I can’t understand the attitude if the work is overwhelming to you, why don’t you just quit and don’t sit there be a boomer?

Average wait time for an appointment is 2 weeks. And reception phone line is useless since you can never get to them. I see no point of registering with them since I could never book when I need to see doctors. I had to use A&E more often. And they are quite expensive compare to other clinics.
