Big Save Furniture

Purchased the rawcliff suite with the ottoman in February 2023 after several delays it finally arrived in early/mid june.When attaching the feet I noticed how poorly this thing has been put together! The lining/stitching is all over the place, thankfully It’s all underneath so I was over bothered but i definitely expected more given the price. Iv had it for 4wks now and can see the back cushions are already starting to lose shape it.I wouldnt recommend using the delivery service either, Think I paid around $300 for that and watched them drop a piece of the side of the truck I’m assuming because it was the last piece they couldn’t be bothered putting the rap part down again.All In all I’m pretty disappointed with my purchase and the service provided wouldn’t recommend or buy from big save ever again.

Wow what great customer service from Harley, Harley knows his stuff... We came in to look at beds, he asked all the right questions to find the best solution for our needs. He went the extra mile to explain all the benefits! Mum loves her new bed!

I had the BEST service and experience at the Palmerston North store today ... Diggy was his name and he was 'the man' ... absolute pleasure to deal with, the store itself was so welcoming and inviting ,would highly recommended shopping at this branch

Great onsite service although didn't call to say our new furniture had arrived

Do not buy from this store. We brought a very expensive bed which once arrived was nothing like the original bed we had tested. We brought this to the attention of the store who didn't want to know anything about it and flogged us off. Multiple calls, instore visits and emails we were politely told tough luck. Very quick to sell us the bed, post sale support disgraceful. Buyer be beware. We have since brought from Beds R Us with much better support.

Came into palmerston north store yesterday to purchase a new super king mattress after having a terrible time with another different local retailer for the past 6mths and they were amazing, very helpful and loads of advice their assistance was as supportive as the new bed we purchased, could not be happier, we can't wait to get our new bed home once we can finally be done with the current monstrosity we are stuck with at present. Thank you so much for your reassurances of ongoing customer care your a great team.

Last weekend we came to Big Save Palmerston North from Wanganui. Vicki was absolutely amazing. She knew her stuff, didn't follow us round the whole store. When it came time to buying a new bed and couch she was so funny, so entertaining it was like hanging out with a friend. Can't thank Vicki enough for everything she did for us.
