As many long term property investors find it is difficult to hand management of your properties to a third party.Rachel has exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only has she found good tenants. She has swept paths and mown grass before showing prospective tenants through a property. Earlier this year when we found drug paraphernalia at a recently vacated property she was there within half an hour to meth test.Rachel is personable, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly but firm.We would highly recommend her as a property manager.

We have been very happy with Propertyscouts Christchurch. Arranging tenants, maintenance, inspections and exit checks have all been done efficiently, promptly and with no hassle. Rachel has been a pleasure to deal with and has looked after our property very well.Rent has been paid into our account on time with no issues and an end of year summary provided to make it easy for the accountant.We would highly recommend Rachel and will use Propertyscouts Christchurch again if we rent out our property again.
