If you righteously have claims against Kainga Ora be prepared to be dehumanized by the adjudicator. We have today. Not all are the same though of course and wishing You the best of luck to come across a professional adjudicator. The Tenancy Services staff though and their advisors are the best down to earth people you can ever come across.

The service is pathetic. The landlord lodged a bond refund form a month ago, they are still keeping the money. They refuse to answer most of the questions and finally put me on hold for an indefinite time. However, through the non-direct questions, I managed to get from them, that they received the bond refund form. Unbelievably awful service and there are no options for what you can do with it as this is only the way you can lodge the bond.
