Easy to deal with from start to finish. Did everything the other companies do plus filtered the water in the tank. This was key for us as the tank hadn't been cleaned in a while. The operator Cary was great and informative during the job. Easy to recommend especially if you had a neglected tank and need to save as much water as possible.

We had 2 tanks cleaned on our property, the rep changed our water filters in our UV Purifier and also installed gutter guards at all our drainpipe outlets. Very helpful communicative and polite. I would highly recommend.

We had our 3 tanks cleaned and dosed on Great Barrier Island. Such a professional service. We needed advice regarding a water filtration system and this was given too. Would highly recommend their services.

I found Safe H2O on Facebook made a call and they did there best to make a date and time that was sheared with others in my area which 1/2 my travelling time cost.on there first visit there was an unforeseen problem, with a length of plastic conduit laying in the bottom of my tank, which meant they had to make another trip, which they did at no extra cost.Craig there operator was friendly and great to deal withI would highly recommend these guys.

What a great service with high tech equipment. Very polite and were happy to explain the process as it was happening.Very pleased with the result and although more pricy that the normal tank clean, was worth every dollar, would thoroughly recommend
