We are currently in the drive thru queue... we have been for the past 55 minutes. There are people standing in the order booth chatting. It seems there is no food available and they start cooking the food when you get to the window. The girl on the order box needs to let people know of the wait. I know it's dinner time, but this is insane, and can only come down to a lack of organization. No apology about the wait, the guy at the window just laughed.

Worst fast food place in NZ. Keep getting burnt chicken cooked in old oil - even smell bad half the time , all KFC's get the same ingredients so these guys cannot be cleaning their equipment ever! I unfortunately live closely and the uber app wont let me choose another KFC. The last straw was when i ordered from the KFC app they did not process my order for 2 hours and THEY finally cancelled the order leaving me hungry and no options!! Pathetic

I ordered meals online to Pick Up and waited an hour for it. When I got to KFC I gave them my order number. No one said anything about a 15 minute wait until I heard the youngster tell another customer this while I was waiting. I came back in after 15min only for another staff member to tell me that they had no zinger fillets & that they were waiting for the patties. Waiting for it to be delivered or cooked I asked? Cooking it was going to take aother 10-15 minutes. When I eventually got my meals (after 1 hour from order) I told them that this was not a fast food item. The young girl was very friendly and handled it very well.Back in the day an order took 3minutes. What has changed?They need a manager to actually manage the staff.They need to work quicker. I was watching how they prepped the food and honestly speaking, too slow.

One of the worst KFC’s I have ever experience in Auckland. The staff have no clue how much salt a pack of fries need. I tried one and I throw them in the bin. My order missed 2 item from 5 items that I ordered. Most of the desks were dirty. Can’t imagine how these guy do business here. I will never go there again and I recommend you not to.

Albany KFC is the one of worst store we have been..Many times we tried but always bad food, not cooked properly and wrong order.. Staff half sleep and owner must be fully sleep about the business ..After waiting half an hour in the line get the worst food ..Anyone read this please so not go this strore because you will waste your money..OWNWR PLEASE WAKE UP YOUR BUSINESS MAKE PEOPLE SICK...

Why don't we have 0 star?I ordered through KFC web site to pick up at 5:10 pm. I arrived there at 5:05 pm, there were not many people inside and in drive through.After I enter inside, some people (several group of people) came in and ordered by using kiosk.The staff called the order number one by one, but my number was not called. After 10 minutes, all the people inside got their food and there was no one waiting. I called a staff and showed my order at 5:20 pm. She seems to be a part time and talked to other staff, returned to me, and said it would not take too long. 5 minutes later, other lady (looked like a duty manager) came to me and asked if I was waiting for online order with a strange face. I replied yes. Finally I got the food at 5:27 pm without any proper apology. I told her, Don't take online order please!".I heard she yelled when I exit the door. Was it to me or to other staff? In any case

Really disappointed! Due to be in a hurry, I chose to buy KFC by driving through. When received, I did not check carefully and drive away. When I checked at home, there is only one quarter pack which I ordered 2 packs. This is not the first time! Last time, I ordered 8 wicked children wings and they missed. Everytime, I would like to call them and complaint but no one answer the phone call!This store is really no care about the customer service and staff is out of training!

CHANGE YOUR STAFF OR OPEN ANOTHER KFC.. 9 OUT OF 10 KEEP STUFFING UP ORDERS, if your staff don't want to work there, get someone that does,.. no excuse today as there were no cars through drive-through, and you only had 2 customers in store.Burned chicken old oil and poor customer service.
