Paul and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with. They completed my roof install across 2 days and made sure to communicate everything with me. The cost of the roofing was amongst the cheapest of quotes I got and the additional costs for rotting boards that couldn't be avoided were minimal. They also capped off my chimney but checked with me first before going ahead.I was very impressed with their workmanship and their communication, I would definitely recommend their services to anybody looking to get any work done on their roof.Thanks so much to everybody involved in fixing my roof :)

What a Team!On time? No. They were 2 months early. Love that right there!They came, they Roofed, they left. All in record time. All done with a real professional touch. I never thought getting a house re-roofed would be that easy and painless. If you are after a new roof, don't go past these guys. Within 2 weeks of contacting Bayside, my roof was on and place left spotless. One small issue with a gutter that was fixed next day. Best price I could find, quality couldn't be faulted and very professional in all undertakings. Paul is old school, friendly and personal in his customer relationships and couldn't come more highly recommended.

I selected Bayside Roofing because of their many positive online feedbacks, and the recent Google reviews helped reassure me that I'd made the right choice.The whole job (100 sq.metres), from delivery of scaffolding / materials, to new roof installed / old roof taken offsite, was completed in just 24 hours, and sooner than expected too.There were a couple of gremlins, in that the delivery was short one length of edge flashing (and surplus a similar length of ridge flashing), and a section of spouting was damaged during erection of scaffolding, but Paul and Matt kept me in the loop and resolved both issues promptly, such that the job was fully signed off in five days.A nice attention to detail was that screw holes created where scaffolding had been attached to the eaves were all filled in. Likewise, the ground around the house was left in a tidy condition.All in all then, I'm delighted with the result.TIPS FOR HOMEOWNERSSomething to do afterwards, is to remove accumulated debris from the gutters - I found an assortment of screws and nails, pieces of paper and polythene, small offcuts of new roofing iron, and flakes of rusting metal and nails from the old roof, along with concrete 'gravel' from a chimney that was 'topped'. It's the sort of stuff that readily traps leaves, and you certainly wouldn't want it washing into your downpipes or stormwater drains ...Another thing to perhaps bear in mind (with an iron roof in particular), is to remove pets from the property. Removing the old roof especially, created a truly phenomenal amount of noise, such that it's really quite impossible to remain inside the house while that's going on, and - had my cat still been alive - she would've been terrified by the incredible racket from the old roof being removed.

Jason from Bayside has saved us heaps!How? By honestly evaluating the condition of our roof and what we need to be concerned about. Turns out NOTHING!!Another Wellington roofing company had $$ in their recommendations.Would definitely recommend getting Bayside in for a quote and IF we have any issues with our 31 year old roof in future, we know who to call.

I contacted Bayside and Paul got back to me and we had arranged for a measure and quote which came back quickly (unlike others who I had to chase up to get onsite and follow up to get the quote). Paul was extremely helpful and prompt in answering my questions and giving us examples of past jobs to help us make a decision on product and colour. The job was completed quickly and was super impressed with going above and beyond expectations. The old roof was removed off site as soon as it was down and aside from a new roof, you wouldn't know these guys had been there. The team were professional, hard working and courteous. Didn't feel I was just another job and with old school traditions and customer service, I'd definitely recommend Bayside Roofing.

Bayside roofing have just completed re-roofing our house, including skylight replacement. Paul is a pleasure to deal with - responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and does what he says he's going to do. Honest helpful advice given in advance of choosing to install a new roof. Installation scheduled and completed in full on time with minimal disruption. Overall Bayside are Efficient very easy to work with and deliver an excellent product.
