Recommend, friendly, informative. first unit 12 years ago - quickly diagnosed problem with old unit, ,advised suitable new unit & size for our home, went with 7.1- promptly worked quote, considerate we had no heating, new unit in within 2 weeks,. Excellent service from ALL -consultant,(Hayden) good advice, answered questions /concerns. very efficient office staff (pam & jan) with emails and phone calls & Installer -friendly, polite & tidy worker, who did re install as close to old unit to minimise holes in weatherboards & electrician.-promptly came during install so no delay & had heat for weekend - THANK YOU ALL!! UPDATE !! been in few days house sooo much warmer including bedrooms, aswell my washing racks now dry overnight.

We had Sherwin a service tech come & repair a heat pump today at short notice, he was very polite, quick & efficient. Thank You for the great service.

I left a review a while ago but it has been deleted. These guys took 3 weeks to fix my heatpump in winter and when I asked if they could do it quicker they made me wait longer. Bad service, bad attitude, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!

Brought our Daikin heat pump from Refrigeration Supplies Ltd Inv in 2008 and have been very happy with it. They do a great service and a very helpful.

Replacement heat pump required. Got two prices from Invercargill agents and went with Refrigeration Supplies. Week later they were fitting the heat pump. Small fault with a valve (Not their fault) and replacement over night. Unit running great
