They gave us a verbal quote for cutting a manhole and then sent us an invoice with additional charges on it which was over double the price. When we questioned this we were simply told Oh you just don't know until you get under there". Well you got under there and you still didn't bother saying anything to us just sent an invoice which you then weren't even interested in discussing. They did do amazing job installing a new heatpump and were reasonably priced for that thou."

From our first dealings with Jess, who did the measure up and quote, to the install team, and the clean up, we have had excellent service from a friendly, obliging firm. The install team were finished so quickly, I found it hard to believe they could have done a very good job, but on inspection, there was full coverage right out to the eaves. They did a great job cleaning up. Thanks guys.Recommended.

Brightr got off to a poor start by the installation agent not showing up at the appointed time on three occasions but after contacting management who apologized profusely, they came to the party, done an excellent job without a further hiccup and restored the faith in the company. I would recommend this company.The work was for the installation of insulation underfloor.

Virtually no insulation in my roof space it now has a warm thick blanket already feel the room temperature warmer and this is a very cool and wet pre Christmas Day. Got it done before Christmas without even asking how about that. Thanks so much.

STOP RIGHT NOW!!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE BRIGHTR MORONS! I applied for a heat pump install subsidy from Warmer Kiwi homes" who provided me with 3 installers. I chose BRIGHTR. What a dumb thing to do! - I should have read all the shockingly bad reviews on these fools! Stupidly I accepted their quote! I have been waiting ages for any form of response. I've made phone calls and been promised return calls

Great business to deal with. The communication was great right throughout the job from the initial quote right through to the install. The guys doing the install did a great job and had the whole lot done in four hours. Not easy considering the tight space in the ceiling as well as under the house to install vapour barrier and insulation as well. Overall we are very happy with the service that Brightr provided. AA+ rating from us.

I've been trying for close to 9 months to get a heat pump installed however when I email accepting the quote I get no feed back until they close the account was trying to have it sorted for winter. However due to the administrative incompetence it looks like I'm going to have another cold winter
