The guy that been working there for years and amazing at his job. I think his name is Jeff?He makes the hotdogs the best. He doesn't hold back on the butter and sauce which is good! Had a milkshake made by him and it was perfect!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Shake Shed & Co for their amazing level of professionalism and warmth towards my kids today. (Yr 7 and 8s). They were completing an Amazing Race and one of the tasks was to purchase ice creams only speaking te reo maori. The kids were a wee bit apprehensive but you all made them all feel special so from the bottom of my heart, i humbly say THANK YOU!!

Poor customer service. Waiting to be served for 5 to 10 mins only for all the workers to stare and close when walking up to the counter, a simple we are closing soon instead of avoidance would have been preferred. This is not the first time for poor service.
