Takes 12 minutes to answer phone (no apology). Emails ignored/bounce back. Disrespectful, timewasting, makes mistakes, overcharges. Deeply manipulative in denying access to dying mother having travelled half way around world twice. Sickening in its arrogance, unprofessionalism and bullying to a 50 year client. Worst firm ever.
