Not sure how to start but service was not good at all. The staff was not attentive to the customers, one of us had to get up to the staff for a water refill. Also, I saw another table someone had to get up to the staff too to order drinks. The staff was so attentive and rushed to take orders but never once asked us how we were doing/how was the food etc. It was not even a busy night.

Me and my friend decided to branch out and try something that was not our norm. We were apprehensive but gave it a go, the amazing staff made the experience enjoyable for us. The food was great, I had the mole blanco enchilada. The atmosphere was fun and we would definately come back again. Thank you very much xoxo

It was our first time to dine in here and everything was delicious! Their food and drinks menu were a variety and a lot to choose from which was good. Try their nachos and patatas bravas as they are good + enchiladas and chimichangga. Drinks are also refreshingWith the staff and service they were all nice and the serving time was quick! Highly recommended!

I recently celebrated my birthday here and it was an all-around great experience , great food ! The staff treated us very nicely, specially the girl named Vicky . The space was clean and organised, and my guests and I felt really special . Will definitely be coming back.

Popped in for lunch. Staff were friendly and didn’t mind our daughter with autism brought her own lunch. Very Impressed the wait staff were able to take our order by memory including drinks.Food came out quickly, was fresh and had great flavour. Thank he nicest Mexican I’ve had to date. Reasonably priced and very generous serving sizes. . Would happily return

Absolutely appalling. Waited an hour and a half for food. One member of our party didn't even receive her food as it took so long that we had to leave. We waited 30-40 minutes for drinks with one staff member outside taking a mobile phone call when our order was in. The place was not busy and many tables received their food much faster than us and we ordered first. They told us after we complained about the hour and a half wait that the printer had broken but that is a poor excuse. Why not write down the order and give to the kitchen and bar? Printers haven't been around forever. One friend received the wrong order and when she told them, they said the food would be 5 minutes. It was 20 minutes and we had to leave. We were never given anything back in return. The food was nice but definitely not worth the wait at all! It's a shame, we had been prepared to buy more drinks and dessert but not with the horrendous wait time. The staff need to communicate with customers of issues and wait time.

We decided to try something new tonight and The Flying Burrito really came through with the goods! We were initially nervous because we don't like spice or coriander and although present in the food, we were pleasently surprised by how mild in flavour both were. The flautas and mole blanco were very nice but the star of the show was definitely the corn chips with guacamole and sour cream! The wait staff provided excellent and friendly service which made us feel better about being so foreign to the menu items. I had the agua berry mocktail and I would have that every day if I could, it was so refreshing and tasty! To top it all off, the decor and atmosphere made this dining experience one we will remember. Thank you to the team for a great experience, we will be back to try something else, especially the deserts!

The food was delicious. I dont like mexican food but today when i had the chicken burrito and my partner had enchilada we were so excited to order more it was really very delicious. The waitress i think named VICKY she was so talented and friendly she suggested me .Really super delicious definitely be back with my kids.

Ridiculous experience, wish I could give this zero stars. Was excited to return to the restaurant after a decent experience recently. However, I waited 20 minutes after ordering for the waitress to tell me that they had sold the last of the item that I had ordered. Waited 40 minutes after ordering for four drinks (with the excuse that the printer had broken) while in reality the bar staff was on the phone. Waited an hour and a half for my replacement dish after initially ordering, which wasn’t what I had ordered (along with the food for the rest of the group who had to wait an hour and a half for their food despite not having any ordering issues). Was told the correct version of my replacement dish would be another five minutes, yet after 20 minutes there was still no sign of it and our group had to leave. So all in all, ended up spending two hours sitting in a restaurant for an overpriced cocktail on a Tuesday night. Could not even tell you the managers name because there was no displayed Duty Managers sign anywhere which should be looked into further.
