Brand new units available and the hosts are fabulous. They have older rooms as well. The new rooms are studios - warm and spotlessly clean with one king bed and one single. Best shower!

The owner she was great. Very accommodating. We were a family of 5 and our room fit us perfect. We will stay again the location for us was perfect for what we wanted to do.Thank you so much.

The older units are a bit tired and need some work. The new units were quite good but not impressed with the builders. Poorly finished.

We chose this motel because it is in Andersons Bay but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit and the level of service. The bathroom had a shower with decent hot water pressure. We had two beds, a double and a single. The only problem we had was that the wifi signal was weak.

Travelling the country and found this little gem. Units have recently been fully refurbished and they are wonderful. So clean and the bed was like a cloud. Amazing room for the price and the lady owner was so friendly and kind. Not sure about past reviews but my 2 night stay was brilliant.

We come to Dunedin twice a year and this has been the best stay I've had. Staff are friendly, rooms are warm and clean. I will not be booking anywhere but here from now on.

This is a budget motel but it appears that it may be under new ownership and may be upgraded considerably in the near future. It is quite basic but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She had a heater on in our room before we arrived.

Exterior disappointing exterior hides a room well up to standard due to refurbishing.Great bathroom, well appointed.Don't let appearances put you off.

Excellent service at this place. Old units are a bit tired but newer ones are amazing.Very welcoming and friendly hosts.Left the room heater on as we checked in a bit late night. So it was warm n cozy when we got there.A lot of parking spots and easy in n out. Peaceful place. Recommended.
