Castle Parcels Wellington

ZERO STARS, if you lookup DUMB in the Oxford English Dictionary, You will find a picture of a castle parcels employee, how do you constantly stuff up ALL my orders, I do not buy from vendors who use you as their courier service. Do not recommend these even to my worst enemy.........

Don't get a job if you don't care about doing it at an acceptable level or proficiency! Had a parcel delivered to a completely different address, and I was fortunate enough that the person living there gave me a call to pick it up. Some of these delivery couriers just don't care about the jobs they're doing, but they seem to mostly work for Castle Parcels. If you can avoid and want your stuff to be delivered, don't use them. Based on the quality and consistency of their service, this should be called Sewage Parcels - a better predictor of the kind of carp you have to deal with.

Ordered something on Monday night that was urgently made and picked up on Tuesday morning. Thursday I contacted Pass the Parcel who said they’d advised Castle Parcels the item was urgent and would get Thursday. No luck.I contacted Pass the Parcel again Friday morning and I was assured it would be delivered Friday. I had explained that I needed to make alternative arrangements by Friday afternoon if it wasn’t going to arrive. All of the Online details updated to say the item was on the courier’s truck for delivery. Nope, didn’t turn up.Now, at 3.20am I’m awake and stressed because whoever was supposed to deliver a small package, couldn’t be bothered.Going by the other reviews, this person needs a different job because clearly this one is too bloody hard.

Instead of putting the packages one metre further sheltered, plus not in the garden, these folks opted for in the garden with no shelter. Consistently, bad service.... Stopping any repeat business from the businesses using them.

Avoid using this company! I have had a few things delivered with Castle Parcels through Mocka and I always put the delivery instructions as placing down the side of the house so people won't see it. Every time they just leave it at the front door. The message is always printed very big and clear next the the address. Not sure why they can't read the instructions. Other companies seem to have no problem with this.

Had a parcel picked up by driver 32 in northcote and the parcel never made it to it's next scan, it's two weeks later and still no product delivered, the people that handle your queries are just reciting the same boring script to customers as I'm sure they are used to things getting lost" Don't use this company if you value your time and sanity! 0/10**Edit this review was meant for the Auckland north harbour depot mistakenly posted on here"

I was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews, but I ordered my package on Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday morning, delivered to my doorstep by a friendly courier.
