First time visit last week. The ladies here are exceptional. Super professional and delightfully funny. I will now drive 40 mins to get my.bails done here. So refreshing and a beautiful experience and outcome. Thanks so much ladies.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in and the two staff members that were already doing two ladies nails didn’t even acknowledge me or say hello so I sat on the couch and waited 45 minutes before they finished and finally came over and asked if I had an appointment which I said no. They told me they were fully booked and I would need to come back another day. I asked as to why they couldn’t ask me this as I walked in rather then let me sit there for 45 minutes? These people need a lesson in customer service - won’t be coming back here, will be going to another nail salon from now on

I had waxing done. My legs had quite a reaction to their wax and my upper lip was cut/ skin ripped during the session. I ended up with a rash under my chin and bumps that took 3 days to settle. I've never had this happen before.The wax machine was also broken so ended up having the other wax used on legs.The technician had lovely service despite limited English. She was friendly and professional and apologetic. However overall I don't think I'll be back and it's not somewhere I would recommend at this point.

Excellent service and amazing vibe at Orewa Nails & beauty. The girls are lovely. Lee did my nails. She was just awesome. Must say: one of the best customer services I have received in Auckland. Pricing is pretty good. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Lee and team for superb service and raising the bar !! :)

Awesome place, staff here are super professional do a great job and are great when you have a young child. They changed the music and TV to entertain my wee one during our visit. So nice!

Not very clean, I had to ask for the desk to be sanitised. Towels are not changed in between clients when doing manicures. My nails cracked after 3 days - no base was used or not a good product? Paid extra for a fade, it looked terrible. It feels like a factory, in and out.
