I popped into Dressmart Onehunga last Sunday it had been a few years and wow had the place changed, lots of exciting new stores.I popped into the Coach store and I was extremely impressed by the way the store had been merchandised and how tidy it was as it was extremely busy with lots of customers.I have to make a special notice to Paul the Sales Associate, he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond expected of a sales associate a real asset to the business

Lovely store but poor customer service that was totally unexpected from a store like this. Boarding on judgemental in who they approached and served. Three staff behind the counter and had to approach on two different days for assistance as they ignored me. Not good for this brand image.

The only thing cheap in this outlet is the customer service and attitude of the sales people.I understand there’s a promotion and you need to finish the queue but it would have been nice atleast if they were apologetic. I queued twice so i can get my question answered… then i get a reply of “we need to finish the queue/ ring us it’s easier just not today”. Lack of training or at least being considerate.

I like the presentation of this coach boutique over their Queen street store, I quite enjoy the young and vibrant collection, the prices were decent during Waitangi weekend. Customer service was very basic and passive, the staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than engaging with customers who like myself have the interest to make multiple purchases had the service was more proactive and welcoming. Most unlikely to return.

Went to Coach today and scored a good deal on shoes and a matching bag! The sales assistant, Victoria was helping us out. She was so lovely, enjoyed speaking with her. Great service. Great deals.

Empty store, 3 sales assistants standing behind counter playing games on the pc. I asked for a shoe (was keen to buy). Whilst looking at the shoe, all 3 ladies are still playing games, this went on for about a minute. Coach NZ/Global seriously needs to review this branch. Absolutely killing the luxury brand image. I've seen KFC employees are more refined.
