Great research experience and team

Friendly staff members, and exciting researches happens here. The new location is very posh, and although they don't have dedicated parking spaces, the off street parking are quite plenty. The facilities are quite fancy including sparkling water while waiting for your discussion session. Unfortunately, the air conditioner seems to turn off after hours hence the discussion room will be quite warm after awhile.

I can't give any mark for their service.signed contract for a research within a month, then end of the month they get back to me said for some reason they need extend for another month to finalise. After that, I didn't hear from them for 3 months until I sent a very serious email to complain. finished work in a week and very poor quality, some figures didn't even make common sense. Explain that was a mistake data input which at the final report. If I am a company to work base on their report, We just simply waste millions of dollars. We asked them to review, the answer from the company was they don't have resource to achieve it, and they send me a link from wikipedia for a definition.... So the only recommend I can give is Do Not Use Any Service from this Company!!!!!!!
