NZ House Surveys Taranaki

I contacted Tony and Dianne to help with a complex house survey to try and identify the cause of a number of quite severe problems. They were so helpful with advice and how to approach things. The survey was thorough and the report was equally as comprehensive. Dianne kept my updated with timeframes, Tony gave me a great run down on the phone after the report, he even did a follow up report for me. So happy I found these guys, they helped so much with an awful situation with my house.

Excellent service, highly recommended.It was very easy to contact them, and they arranged with the real estate and did the inspection within 1-2 days and the report was ready within 24 hours since the inspection was done. The report was very detailed and comprehensive, and thanks to that report we discarded one house that was full of issues (not easy to see by ourselves). They answered all the questions we had, offered more help and followed up in our process, going beyond our expectations.

The survey process was very very thorough and professional. Tony went over the roof under the house and everywhere else, with his camera and moisture probe. Great attention to detail. Good discrimination of what is serious and what is not so much. These two are obviously very experienced. Recommend unhesitatingly.

Excellent service from Tony and Dianne. The builder's report was very informal, showed all the minor issues that need addressing. I'm in the process of purchasing my second property so having them go through the property first was worth it. I highly recommend their services.

Incredibly thorough and easy to read - this is a great guideline for anyone to find any weak spots in your building, I would use this service for personal use not just buying and selling. The ability to talk to Tony & Diane afterward was a huge plus for us also. Used them twice in a short period of time, there was no question when we wanted a second house looked at who we would ask.
