Wouldn't bother going here. Shop is disorganised compared to other FR shops, ie shoes not categorized by usage, salesman wasn't particularly polite, I was trying to do research on what would be suitable for my requirements and it was like he couldn't be bothered selling me anything at all, couldn't even self research because the place was not organized properly into mens/women's, running, walking etc. Not good enough.

Needed help choosing the right football boots to prevent foot pain. The salesman was very knowledgeable about what boots would fit best and found the perfect pair which have worked flawlessly in 4 games + trainings so far, with the pain completely gone. Also added helpful tips for caring for them. Thank you very much!!

I found the service at Northlands Frontrunner to be excellent. I live in the North Island and was looking to buy some new football boots. Northland Frontrunner had what I needed. I spoke to the team on the phone, who talked me through the different models of boot I was interested in. I bought a pair for my son and myself. Both pairs were sent quickly, my son was very happy with his. I had to return mine for a bigger size, this was done without any hassle whatsoever. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience!

My son's football boots developed a hole after only light usage for summer 5 a side football. We went in to buy a new pair, but the salesperson said that they should have lasted a lot longer than they did. So we brought them back with proof of purchase and they replaced them with new boots! Laurie knows his gear and he looks after his customers.

worst customer service I have ever received. Bought a t-shirt from here went down to Stirling sports and it was $15 cheaper. When I went back to return the item I was very polite and the staff member said to me he would only be doing it once and that it was a fair price to pay. They had ripped the $40 price tag off and put there own $55 tag on the item. Not only was this guy rude to me he them started slamming the efpos unit around on the counter intimidating me and my children. I will never return to this shop.

Very disappointed, I went in to the store today intending to spend $300 on a few items that I liked however I was unable to try anything on for size as they have three changing rooms but only one thats actually operational as the other two were full of what looked to be stock the one changing room available is used between two stores as the store next door also use the same changing room for there customers. I ended up leaving and thought I would come back in 30mins which I did but once again was unable to use the changing room as there were still people lined up waiting disappointed and won't be back

The two guys that helped me out were unreal helped me out finding receipts from the past and for new boots even though the store was nearly closing they still went out of the way to help me, highly recommend
