Overpriced, poorly stocked, unpriced merchandise and empty shelves. One staff member told me they were under staffed and hadn't had time to price everything.The worst duty free store I have seen.

Update Jan 2023 - this company is a joke, the website has been out of action for months. Its the only option and you are forced to walk through it both ways.Website does not work, prices are higher than my local Super liquor for a number of bourbons.

I couldn’t find a liquor price list after spending 10 minutes online. May be I am not a technical person or young enough to browse products that easily. Very disappointed. I only prefer to buy when I come through Wellington. Disappointed. Pathetic web site

Fantastic work lotte duty free. Ripping international visitors off in the very first shop they visit in NZ. Alcohol is cheaper at the local bottle shop with duty on it! Just keep walking.

What a joke. Have a monopoly on duty free at Wellington airport and don’t have half the products. When I took a beauty product to pay counter it didn’t come up when they scanned it, so said sorry they couldn’t sell it to me unless they went back to the office and did a lengthy check to get correct code. It’s on their shelf but they don’t have a code so can’t sell it to me. What a joke!

Pathetic duty free and an embarrassment to Wellington International Airport.One poor staff member in the store. No floor staff to answer questions. No marked pricing. I saw two customers reject potential sales when they found out the item price at the large checkout queue.The item I was going to buy had a security lock on it so I couldn't even bring to to her for a price check. She asked me to wait until she had finished serving the long line of mostly unsatisfied customers.
