We had Smart Air Solutions quote and install a heat pump at our house 2 years ago. They were able to quote 3 different options. We chose a Fujitsu unit. Their quote was the cheapest compared to other vendors. The work was done on time and to an excellent standard. We sold the house and purchase another house with an existing Fujitsu heat pump that was 6 years old. We had a quote from Smart Air Solutions to install another Fujitsu heat pump and accepted that. Again, very competitive pricing and an excellent job. We had a fault with the 6 year old heat pump and while the warranty had expired Fujitsu and Smart Air Solutions came to the party and fixed the heat pump under warranty even though it was just out of warranty. You can't ask for better than that. Pascal and Steve did a fantastic job and I would use them again.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Managed to fit me in quickly after being let down by another after I’d waited a month for the appointment. I’m super pleased with the servicing, both units are super clean and look much fresher (even for what I suspect are slightly older units), the engineer took the time to give me cleaning advice and how to do so, and managed to fix a couple of missing screws on one of the units that meant the vent dropped forward and this is now no longer driving me nuts!He was really friendly and chatty, respectful of the madness of my virtual meetings, and even put up with my noisy little dog who thinks he’s a big boy.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others, it’s been a seamless experience beginning to end from booking, to a timely arrival, and great work.Thanks again for fitting me in so quickly, I really appreciate the efforts.

Smart Air were really helpful, efficient, good value and the whole team were friendly and great during the work. From their first visit when they came to look over our house and make a recommendation on placement and type of system I knew we'd made the right choice. The installation was a breeze with the two guys friendly and chatting, clean and tidy, and mindful that I had a toddler in the house. The heat pump made a huge difference to the comfort of our home - wish I'd done it years earlier!

I wrote an email to Smart Air Solutions Ltd to get a quote on a heat pump. A man promptly arrived. Gave an honest and professional appraisal and best quote. Other men arrived a few day's later and professionally installed heat pump with good humour and nice tidy work. Great company, great job and 5 star service. Would recommend without hesitation.

Pascal and the team installed a ducted heatpump system in our house and it's been fantastic. They were tidy and reliable. The whole house can be warm at the touch of a button. We couldn't be happier.

Everyone I have dealt with at Smart Air Solutions have been super friendly and they've done a great job with servicing our old unit and recently with installing a new unit.

We were super impressed by the overall service we received from SAS. Pascal was friendly, speedy and professional and the heat pump he recommended was nearly $2000 cheaper than the other two companies who gave us quotes. The installers were friendly chaps and the job was finished in a matter of hours. Now the heat pump is in, our house is so much warmer and more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Pascal was fantastic when he came for the initial consultation. We explained what we wanted and he found solutions to make it happen despite our tricky house.I found their price to be very reasonable for the work done.The guys that were here doing the install were good, they even managed to queeze underneath my house to connect things.The only negative is that my flooring was a mess once they left. I had to vacuum and scrub my brand-new cream carpet. Not sure if the stains will come out. I think it should be protocol for people to take their muddy shoes off when entering people's homes.

Second time I've used Smart Air Solutions and nothing but praise. From the initial visit & quote from Pascal, to the install by Josh, it was an easy painless process. Would definitely use again.
