We had a very bad experience with this company, we got charged $1800 to just put the pan in and hook up the sink, we asked other plumbers and they just shook there heads couldnt believe what he charged us as we supplied the toilet and the basin, he made mistakes with the position of the taps for the sink and bath and then proceeded to charge us more time for his mistakes as after all he is the plumber the professional, also he threatened my wife when we asked some questions she was home alone and he turned up he was viscious and she was very scared, also he left a gaping hole in the external bath wall under the house where our family cat got in through the hole he left and ate the poison and she died a horrible death, so when looking for a plumber asks friends and get good word of mouth, we wish we did.

Said he would arrive at 8.30am but arrived at 10.45. No communication to let us know. No reply after 3 days to invoice question. He commented several times while doing the job that he did not want to be here. Work was completed to a good standard.
