Went to merivle mall store. Absolutely disgusted with staff. I was the only one on the store and they were to busy doing the rotar and diďnt even look up at me. Not one word! And I was looking at things right in front of them. Walked out and went to ballantynes and brought sheets.

This store is absolutely fabulous!! Love the stock and presentation of the store it's always so well presented and easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I went into purchase some new sheets. The staff were very helpful and had an excellent knowledge of their stock. They even carried my purchases out to my car. Looking forward to shopping there again soon!

Lovely looking store however customer service not a strong point. Felt like I was a nuisance. I still bought my sheets but next time I’ll go to Ballantynes and get the same product plus customer service.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of service from the assistant who was available to help us today but continually ignored us over the counter, despite my having placed the item I wished to purchase on the counter, got my wallet out of my handbag and stood there for a good five minutes whilst she ignored me! Walked out without purchasing even though I love their products. In future I will go to Ballantynes, at least they will serve me not look down their nose at me.
