Because we had experienced friendly, efficient service from Exceed in the North Island, we approached Exceed Nelson about a repair to the glass panel in our aluminum front door. Very disappointed to be turned away and referred elsewhere because they were too busy. In our view, not the way to maintain customer loyalty.

We had 2 external doors that have leaked for years and the team at Exceed fixed them easy as (wish we'd called them sooner). They installed safety stays on 3 of our windows to my specific requirements. They literally arrived bang on time and were friendly, professional and helpful. Great communication from everyone through the whole process from booking to arriving on site. Would highly recommend and will be using them again 100%.
