Greenacres must be the best service provider on the Rock- for such an important service ( that you don't want to touch yourself!!) they never miss a beat. We had an outdoor wedding on a hill and hired a couple of portloos. We needed it setup the day before the wedding and then moved on the wedding day to another location. The staff were on time and very friendly (Dave and Renae I believe). Sylvia was great to liase with throughout and we are very happy with the service.

Greenacres Waiheke went above and beyond for us. We had a pump issue on a public holiday. They responded within the hour. After assessing the issue they were able to get us up and running with a replacement the same day. Fantastic service and so great to deal with. Thank you!

Waiheke Escapes was faced with a major sewerage issue late on a Friday at one of our holiday houses on the island. A burst pipe needed immediate attention from specialist services and after finding our regular plumbing provider unable to help we called Greenacres.Sylvia and her team were there within 15 minutes.
