Great lookout place for the sunset! Was parked with people last time I went on the weekend for sunset tho.

Te Toto Gorge Lookout
Gorgeous location. Must do at least once. If you are traveling from Auckland, avoid the Huntly route if you have trouble with windy roads. It’s gonna be gusty up there, so take some layers.

Te Toto Gorge Lookout
25 minutes from Raglan town centre. Driving gravel road from approximately 8 km before reaching carpark. Pretty narrow and twisted road. Great view from the lookout about 100 metre from carpark. Another 200 metre from the lookout to the edge of the cliff. If the sky is clear, sunset is spectacular. Pretty windy though. Worth the effort driving through gravel road to get here. Highly recommended. Looking forward to do it again.

Te Toto Gorge Lookout
A superb viewpoint on this particularly fine bit of coastline. Unusual looking foliage down there, partly tropical looking and the view just goes on and on. Good bit of road, if bumpy at times, and good places to stay. Great drive from Auckland with plenty of good places to stop for the endless fine snacking and coffee.

Amazing view from on top of a gorge looking over Raglan's coast. The drive can be done with a car but make sure your tyres are able to with stand the long drive on a gravel road uphill!

Lovely lookout and views. The pad built right up to a cliff so could be a bit scary for some. Road is gravelly and narrow for the last twenty minutes when coming from Raglan. Is doable with a camper but might struggle in a large one.

The drive up to the lookout was winding and on a gravel road, so do take caution. However the view was very worth it, visited nearer to sunset!

Absolutely stunning view. If you are afraid of heights it may not be for you. Short dirt road from Raglan town but well worth the drive.

Amazing view at the look out. Very small car park area, windy narrow roads. Wouldn't recommend driving with a heavy load as you may skid on the gravel track, not to mention the road is narrow in some areas. But worth a look
