Electric Bike Rotorua

Staff are very friendly and there are awesome trails that you can follow! There are a variety of ebikes for hire as well. I also got to ride through a Māori village which was a wonderful experience. Great value for your money as well.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we were returning to pushbikes after a 35yr. absence ( with e factor help) Rank newbies in it all and they couldn't have been more understanding, plus with the hire fee we gained entrance into the boiling mud, steaming lake living village, couldn't have been better.!!

Best place to rent a mountainbike in Rotorua.Bike was in great condition. Perfect location for directly riding into great trails.Definetly gonna come back.

This is the place to hire an ebike, if you're an experienced rider. I was greeted by a knowledge (and beautiful) assistant. She set the bike up to my liking, and gave me great trail insights. The bike was perfect. Fresh suspension tune. Proper DH worthy brakes. No bent derailers or other issues I've had elsewhere. Solid fleet. Can't recommend this place enough. Get the full day that comes with the spare battery... perfect for a big day of riding.

Not as fit at the moment and we were dreadung the climbs to get some good fun runs in the redwoods. These bikes are amazing. Set to EMTB you still get a workout but just enough assist to make the hills less of a burden. If one of the logging road hills Turbo is next level. We spent.five hours riding and loved eveey minute. Dual suspension the absolute way to go. Great service from the team, extra battery and the loan of a bag at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place! We called in on the same day and they managed to squeeze us in, this was over Easter weekend too. We loved the bikes and enjoyed the trail loop they'd recommended. We'll definitely be back again, or to buy bikes off them!

Accidentally came across this. One of our favorite experiences in Rotorua.The e-Bikes were brilliant, making the mountain biking experience accessible for the less physically endowed (like us).We rode around the redwood forest (41km). It was a stretch, but so glad we did it. The scenery is incredible and a couple of slightly technical sections made it interesting.Good value when you consider the bikes cost north of $10k!Suggest they invest in some glossy brochures to sell themselves better.

Excellent value for money! We hired the ebike to go through the Whaka trails and redwood forest in Rotorua and it was the best fun ever! The hire of the ebikes includes the entrance fee to the whaka trails, which is a Geothermal trail. We initially booked for 3hrs, but it wasn't enough and ended up extending our booking for 5hrs. If you like to take pictures along the way, stop for snacks and then lunch, you'll need minimum of 4hrs.

We turned up on a Tuesday morning wanting to rent some e-bikes.We got an excellent welcome and thorough explanation from the young lady manning the place: ended up with hard tails with sufficient range for the Whakarewarewa forest trail (40kms) on single track through Rotorua’s forest and passing by Green and Blue lakes.Took us under 4hrs.Had a chain mishap (snapped a faulty link on mine) - passersby tried to help me repair and when that failed, phoned the office for me. They were out to me within 15mn of receiving the call, fixed the chain in 10mn, and I was on my way with no further incident. Kudos to their staff for this excellent service.If you want a great way to spend a half day in Rotorua and want to see some cool sights, have a laugh, and breathe in some forest air, this is for you.Highly recommend these folks, with thanks for my experience!
