After having some tinnitus issues I was pleased to see that a new Resonate had opened in Havelock North, it was simple to book and worth every dollar to have had the care and attention to detail in regards to testing my hearing. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate care was what I experienced with Mardene, I was grateful for the ease of understanding the impact of my results with the 360 mapping chart along with Mardene's very helpful assessment. I highly recommended having an appointment to put any concerns to rest and to make a plan moving forwards, it was a breeze and I'll be back in future to monitor my hearing with 100% trust. I recently had an ear360 at Resonate in Havelock North, not because of any major concerns but more so because as an adult I’d not really had my hearing checked.Not knowing what to fully expect, I was very pleased with the entire experience and glad I decided to make an appointment.Jenny was my audiologist who did a complete profile of my ears and hearing. I had no idea that my hearing, balance, sleep, memory was so closely linked together.The session was very pleasant and informative. Jenny took the time to answer my questions and discuss areas I could focus on to improve overall well-being.The office is lovely and in a great part of the village. The equipment they use is top notch, and it’s clear the entire team has a wealth of knowledge and passion for their work and truly care about their patients and the community.I highly recommend everyone get in touch with Resonate Havelock North team.

After putting it off for several years, I finally got around to doing something about my hearing loss. Decision made, I began extensive researching which led me to Resonate. The whole experience with Clara and Sharon in Tauranga has been easy, enjoyable and definitely successful for both me and my wife Linda.They were both friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.If you're still putting it off as I was, go see these guys. On entering the Milford Branch, I was greeted by a warm friendly happy team of 3. They were so helpful and caring. Amrutha fitted my hearing aids explaining everything so clearly. I highly recommend Resonate, they give you such excellent ongoing customer service.

I’ve lost my hearing aids 25 years ago and ever since we could not afford a new pair until just recently a very good friend recommended me to go to Resonate. Best choice on the box! With a subscription, I (and you) could afford to have the latest tech hearing aids and walk out on the day more aware of many sounds. You could adjust the settings to your choice (bluetooth) and if you couldn’t remember where you put your hearing aids, it has a Find my Aids feature! I’m stoked to have them in my life again as I do have children to listen out for. Great team with excellent service. They made me feel welcome and they are very good at what they do. Highly recommend.

Great help from Jenny and Mardine, in HNth, with ear issues. The issues are being worked on after years of heavy vehicle use, abuse and tinnitus. The girls have been so helpful and is all covered by monthly payment of $90.00. Read up on this company as is the new hearing wave and way to do it. Heading towards hearing aids with practice. (they take coaching and lessons) Leasing @ $90 per month is way cheaper than purchase. New replacement after 3 years. Here's to new ears.

Great experience from the first visit to getting my new hearing aides fitted. The staff are very professional and have given great continuing support. Highly recommended!!
