Ck tech whangaparaoa

We called into CK Tech recently and where extremely happy with the service we received. The repair to our tablet was done straight away and we we able to buy a new cover for an old IPad. We then had to call back later that same day as we had purchased a new sim card for our IPad which neither us or the person at Two degrees could open and CK Tech where able to do that for us and there was no charge.

Fixed my iPhone screen, broke the camera. Left my bank card behind on a Friday and after countless calls and messages and promises to return calls nothing. I finally managed to speak to someone who confirmed they had my bank card (yes!) but I had to wait and call back tomorrow. Not happy with communication, or work done. Would not recommend.

Excellent service. I thought my phone was beyond repair but took it on here….. screen replaced and looking new again in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I am satisfied with the service and the price. Friendly staff always welcomes me. As I am getting trustworthy services, I wouldn't mind to drive a bit longer from my place.

Took my laptop in for repair work. Service was fast and friendly. The team is knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Great service from friendly people.

I would not recommend using this phone repair shop. Not only did they smash the camera, extremely rude, hard to get hold of but they also held on to a credit card and wouldn’t give it back. Two weeks of drama and the phone is finally fixed. Never using these guys again!Since my review he has called and apologised. Which was nice.

In May I paid CK Tech to replace the back of my working phone (it had a cosmetic crack). Upon return the phone would restart every 3 min (unusable), had screws sticking out and lumps of glue present. CK Tech took my phone back to repair the restarting issue. Again, upon return this new issue was fixed but a screw was sticking out. Then, something came loose in the phone and is now rattling around after their most recent repair. According to Consumer Laws, CK Tech should provide a full refund if they have caused issues not related to the initial service request. CK Tech refuse to provide any money back and instead have said they will look at my phone again to fix the rattling. I do not trust them at all and do not want them to have my phone in fear of what issue they will cause next. Not only is their service substandard, their customer service is also. Taking weeks to reply to messages and not calling back when promises have been made. I have all messages and communication to show how CK Tech have chosen to deal with this. I do not recommend them if you have a newer phone!

The service was great and very quick. My problem got fixed in no time and everything works great. They know their stuff and were happy to make sure I was completely satisfied .Thank You
