Customer service is mostly great. The young males who work there have really awesome friendly and interactive customer service. Wish I could say the same about a young female worker there. On one occasion to the store she was busy telling a customer who asked if she was under the weather she replied no just hung over. Like customers wanna see or hear that. Sometimes staff are on their phones just seems like poor management to me.
