I needed to recover a debt of 240k from very difficult obstinate company. I had an initial meeting with John Burley (partner) and thought I had some powerful representation. It took 6 weeks to write a letter and 5 months to achieve absolutely nothing. Excuses of too busy, sick etc. Don't bother phoning as you will not get the phone call answered or returned. An email will take 5 days to reply to you. Their accounts come like clockwork though. Basically, if you are ok with being treated with utter contempt and made to feel like you are a nuisance while you shell out $500-00 per hour then McVeagh Fleming are for you otherwise press any other button on that elevator and you will get better value for money even if you get off at the café at least you get a coffee for your money.
