Always a pleasure to catch up with cycle express. They do it all and have the parts and know how to back it up. Ordered some suspension parts for me to service my own bike in the morning and boom came in that day from the suppliers. Service is just so good I was not expecting my parts so quick, but now I have everything to service my forks, got air shaft, seals and Judy butter. I live in the uk and have been struggling for months to find a dogbone kit for my gt sanction someone suggested to try out cxp racing (cycle express) and well im glad i did instead of the normal bushings they guys over there make them there selfs with bearings instead which are aload better will 100% be using you again and great shipping prices and quick too thanks to bruno and his shop honeslty over the moon thanks guys they even threw in a handy beer spanner and some stickers to put on my bike bike feels brand new now and will enjoy many more rides once again thank you guys

I serviced RockShox Revelation Solo Air fork and Fox shock on my 2015 GT Sensor Expert bike. Bruno made me the complete rebuild of both fork and rear shock. Amazing! Just the exemplary for any other business. The most exciting part was timing. I dropped my bike on Monday evening and got it back ready on Wednesday afternoon. Pricing was super clear from the very beginning, with no hidden payments, straight and fair. The quality of the work was exceptional; my 2015 GT shines like new. Before starting the rebuild, Bruno asked me if I needed any tuning of my rear shock. It was a clear sign of a high level of professionalism and passion for the business. Bad and poor experience at this shop I asked to fix my daughters bike all it needed was a little bit of tightening on chair and handle bars that’s it and the guy behind counter said he won’t stop his business for that and he priced me $40 to tighten handle bars to the bike.He also said leave it here and il do it when I do it.Not good enough I highly recommend you don’t take your bike here poor customer service skills also I felt $40 was a bit excessive to do a 30 second job on tightening the handle bars down
