Dear Vish Beauty Bar Rotorua, I recently had a appointment, and my aftermath experience is unsatisfactory, it’s been one day and my eyes are irritated, sensitive and have redness as I believe my eyelash technician has used an excessive amount of eyelash glue, during my experience my eyelash technician was plucking my natural eyelashes out while doing my extensions, also as well as getting distracted by talking to her pairs that were also present. Not a 100% bad experience as I am satisfied enough with the look of my extensions and eyebrows, the booking was fast and convenient. Please can staff be more considerate and alert with customers requests. I do like Vish Beauty bar as I am pleased with the fast bookings and prices.

Jass did the best job threading my eyebrows. Highly recommend her for beginner threaders and anyone wanting a natural yet sleek eyebrow look that she makes sure matches your face shape! The fastest and best threader in the game! Jass in botany never disappoints xx

I've always had a great experience when having my lashes and brows done. The ladies are friendly and know what they're doing and they listen to what you want and have always followed through.

Not happy with the service I received, first of all customer service is just poor don’t once did I feel like they actually cared about what I was asking for. I went in wanting medium volumed cat eyes lashes. Get seated in a salon chair then had a whole bunch of eyelash's sat on my forehead the whole time so I was being lashed from my forehead. Which isn’t professional at all. Opened my eyes they stung the most they’ve ever stung for a good few minutes and I get lashes fortnightly which this never happens. Then I wasn’t happen with the way they looked one eye was cat eye and one totally different. Instead of making me feel better about spending $105 on a service they just told me I was wrong and I what she done was right. So highly recommend not to get lashes from here.

Sandeep and Manpreet have done both waxing and lashes for me and I am absolutely stocked with my results. My lashes have now been in for 5 weeks and they still look fly…the waxing wasn’t as painful as I thought and Sandeep made me feel absolutely comfortable during my service.Thankyou guys heaps! Love their services! Will forever be back and highly recommend them to everyone.I always come here for my brows too…can’t even explain how nice these people are! Worst experience being a beauty therapist myself no before care with waxing and wow the eyebrow tint is horrible you rushed everything and my eyebrows look horrible.Now have to go and pay more money to get them waxed and looking good you shouldn’t be working if you just rush beauty treatments

I went in and spent $70 for 1 hour for tint and eyelash perm. Only to find that they were bristle and not even curled when I got home. They look like I have no eyelashes left. Do not come here! I am coming in tomorrow for a refund, now I have damaged eyelashes that I have to fix
