When I've gone 2 mitre10 I've always found gr8,helpful & friendly people. It's very Cruze relaxed when I go into 2 get something like the staff friendly,relaxed & helpful

I would give this Mitre 10 a 0 star if I could. Yesterday's service was the worse I've ever had from any company in their field. 15+ years as a tradie, so I have some ground to stand on. Left waiting for help while multiple floor staff are doing nothing. This is actually not the first time this has happened to me at this Mitre 10, but it will be the last. Won't be back and I definitely won't recommend this Mitre 10 to anyone. I'll take my business elsewhere. ✌

It's a really good store, just a bit smaller than the others. Parking is a bit tight, and access/egress can be slow depending on the traffic, due to the narrow streets and proximity of the traffic lights. Good service though.

In terms of service, they're ok.Just wondering why this store charge for the paint tinting while other store doing it for free? $5 per bucket?I thought it was just a mistake the first time, but no.

This is a great Mitre10! They have an excellent range of products and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We really enjoy shopping here.

Good counter and selling services , prompt maintenance services ,less car parks provided but off street parking is okay and inconvenience .
