No chips, no popcorn chicken, no lettuce. Ordered food for the family online, we went to pick it up and we were told that there were no chips. Our 3 orders of regular chips were compensated for with 2 bread buns and a small thing of potato and gravy. How on earth are 3 people meant to split 2 bread buns and a small potato and gravy? Arrived home and our burgers were all missing lettuce. Very disappointing meal. Do better Alexandra KFC

If I could do a lower reading I would I honestly would not go back here the staff were rude except the senior worker the gave us the wrong food. staff standing around talking drinking fizzy where the customers could see not a good look tables were covered in food when I asked for my drink I ordered and they refused to go get it from the back and get it

Passing through this city I ordered a menu with a colonel burger. Half the ingredients were missing! That is to say no rawness… I ask for a new one and it is still not complete with ingredients… Never seen that in my life. In addition, the restaurant in general is very very dirty in the part visible to customers… I dare not imagine the kitchen.

Total disgrace you would be better off closing the shop than expect some no hopers to turn up to collect their paycheck for doing nothing. Got to the counter was asked do you have cash ? I said no eftpos, was told rather sternly use the app. No one showed me how to use it but eventually i figured it out, then watched them throw my meal into a bag. I ordered a tower burger, chips, potato and gravy with a 6 piece bucket. They can't count cos I only got 5 pieces chicken, to late when I got home to Cromwell. Dirty filthy shop, staff who have a bad attitude and don't want to be there, no pride in their job they are better off at home on the dole. This store is an absolute total disgrace to Colonel Sanders and the name he built

Ordered a bacon lovers burger, been struggling with food poisoning for a week now. Took the staff like 5 minutes to realise we were standing at the counter waiting to order, only 1 other person in the kfc at the time

Went there for lunch ordered a twister combo didn't get asked which drink i wanted, got given a can of coke. Left and went to find somewhere to eat it as the place looked dirty table's etc. My chips weren't nice my twister was loose and fell to pieces and the chicken wasn't cooked properly very disgusting meal for the price won't be going back again as it's disgusting ie food and the whole place needs a good clean.

We went in at 3pm being the only customers order came quick but after ordering 2 large combos and they said they had no large drinks, i asked if i could have an extra fanta they said meh whatever. Then they forgot my partners popcorn chicken and his burger looked rank. Kids really needed to use toilet , then a worker walked in and seen they were occupied and grunted angrily. Gutterd cause christmas time we came and I couldn’t fault them, very disappointed:( will not be returning in a hurry. We were also overcharged

Due to the persistent rumour that this KFC is the worst in New Zealand, I'm always willing to give it another try as it’s convenient on my drive home to Wanaka but I no longer will be. Unfortunately, they consistently live up to their reputation. You either communicate poorly through the drive-through microphone, are greeted by unfriendly workers who lack training and are unfamiliar with the menu options, or food items are frequently forgotten or aren't available (eg coleslaw at peak hour or water bottles including on tap.) If you want a drink, you'll be given a warm can of coke rather than anything from the tap. Dreadful joint, don’t waste your money!

The staff/service were kind despite messing up a meal. The atmosphere was a bit rubbish and dastardly in a literal bad way. Food was “KFC” in every way. Overall, it was okay…,4 stars. I guess…The drinks were quite flat. The lettuce was scarce, the bun were sticky and quite meh….There were no hairnets in sight. Quite not nice…

Would put lower rating if I could. The store was virtually out of everything. No chips, no aioli, no popcorn chicken, and no lettuce. Instead of chips, we got given some pathetic, soggy little things of bread, and a minuscule thing of potato and gravy. When we asked for more than that to replace the missing chips, we were told there was no popcorn chicken as well. There was no aioli for the aioli wrap we bought, so they gave us two pottles of garlic aioli on the side. When we got home, we discovered none of our meals had lettuce, something we weren’t even told in store. The workers were all school workers, and clearly stressed and therefore a bit grumpy, which is understandable when they are out of so many items and ingredients, and customers getting angry. I would not pay even half for what we got. I hope management sees this review, as the customers and workers deserve better than this.
