Bitter, did not taste of lychee and told they would remake it then after 15 minutes of waiting they decided to say they would not remake it or refund.

Bubble teas were nicely prepared, but service was terrible. The girl taking orders had a poor attitude and was very rude.

While ordering my drink, the employee serving me rolled her eyes and I overheard her complaining about having too many orders even though they were about to close when she was preparing the drink. When she called order number, you will absolutely hear a tone of anger and frustration.This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it has ruined my entire day.I cannot recommend this shop to anyone unless you are looking to experience being the target of an employee's frustration.

The worst service, give me the wrong order and do not replace it. Force me to receive the refund. Btw, I want to ask what’s the meaning I choose drink milk tea?

Unfriendly staffs. Chatting only to themselves. Thought ridiculous but decided not to stress out since I'll not be coming back. The drink is not even good.

Best Roasted Milk tea in NZ so far!Also a really nice taro milk tea with sago. I’ve had it a number of times now for both flavours and they’ve always been fantastic!

Not sure how long usual wait is but 25 minutes for a drink is a bit rediculous, no?
