had something like this (see picture) this afternoon for snack, all flours with a very tiny shrimp in the middle for $8.5 , no crispy no tasty no warm, i only had 2 bits and throwed to the bin, rubbish.

Third review: Changing from 4 stars to 1 star to 3 stars. The chicken taste better than before and they cut it into pieces so they can fit more. However, the price has been increased once again to $12.50 for mini bowl (It was $8.50 long time ago, then went up to $11.50, and now it's $12.50)Second review: Changing from 4 stars to 1 star because the amount of main dish has been decreased and price has increased. I usually order a mini bowl filled with rice and chicken katsu. Previously, the staff would fill the mini bowl with lots of chicken katsu until the closing lid is hard to put on. But now just recently, I was only given two piece of chicken katsu and it was a big difference in terms of amount. Taking account the size, there was still some space left to put more. On top of that, the price went up from $8.50 to $11.50 which is a big increase. I like the food, but I hate these changes.First review: A decent restaurant to grab lunch, a little bit too pricey though but I would often enjoy the food here.

I always come here if I need a good easy meal,customer service is always so good, there is only one lady there ;( she’s trying her best!! I think she’s the manager there.The food is always nice too!! Well presented and fresh my partner always loves it when I get her a bowl as well :)

Times are tough, we can all feel it. But come on you can’t increase your price AND skim on ingredients.A large bowl now costs $22.90, but the rice is dry short grain (the cheapest) and the beef was old and grissleely. Only thing they’re not skimming on is the sugar - everything tasted really sweet but this is not part of the three stars cos I’m realistic it’s just fast food.

Everytime we come here(pretty much weekly!), the meat is always fresh and cooked perfectly. We are always served by one lady who I think is the manager and she is always so sweet and is very paitent. The food is displayed really nicely and cleanly. 100% recommend coming here. Food is great and the customer service from the manager is wonderful!!

decided had a review since the portion gave to us was larger than the northwest mall branch, saw some reviews that portion is less, i guess we were lucky then. The one star missing is they should had more choices of the dishes.

I used to love eating the bowls here, but lately there has been no mesclun salad, they just have kale & lots of cabbage, kale is so hard & tough. When there is salad the staff are really stingy. I don’t eat rice so I like a decent amount of salad & veges with my chicken. There wasn’t even any grated carrots last night.I am very disappointed & am going to find another place to go to. For $20 I am sure I can find some where else.

Pretty bad.Brought ramen for $16.50 literally paid for a bowl of cheap noodles and broth.No porkHalf a hard eggTwo tiny pieces of seaweed.Not going back.Guess that's what you pay for at q foodcourt
