We had a blocked sink and had tried all the usual remedies to clear. I also had no idea where the drains were located and neither the TDC or the firm who had done the job knew either. George arrived at the arranged time and with a bit of detective work, located the problem (a sump blocked with fat etc. accumulated over the past 50 years) helped move a garden shed to get access, cleaned the sump out with a high pressure hose, disinfected and reinstalled the shed, and everything is working perfectly. Can highly recommend him.
