Stayed at B&B - Rooms are clean & comfortable and very well-furnished & decorated. Shared lounge & kitchen are well-appointed. Owner and staff are professional, friendly & helpful. Good continental breakfast. Lake & mountain views. Very convenient to airport, although less convenient to central Queenstown. Decent value. Recommended.

Had a great stay at Spa B&B, felt clean and got to enjoy the spa! Owner is very welcoming.Things I'd improve -Parking locationsFans in rooms (was far too hot inside)Complementary milk (they have coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc.) needed to bring our own milk.

Great B&B. Friendly hosts, and with an in-house massage facility very easy to chill out. Close to the airport and with shops, cafes and parks in easy walking distance. Bus stop at the door. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the property. Josef is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. Location is in walking distance to many restaurants and is also very close to the airport. Would definitely recommend a stay at the property.

Great place. Really nice stay there. Beautiful view. Really enjoy it and surprisingly plane traffic was not disruptive at all. The house is well sound proof

A beautiful little lodge in Frankton 10 minutes walk from the bus station and local restaurants. Only 15 min drive from town and there are shuttle buses to the ski hills.The rooms have panoramic views of the mountains and the lake and are very comfortable.The hot tub has a great view of the lake and is a must!The host Josef picked me up from the airport even though my flight was delayed late into the night.We chatted regularly during my stay and even went for a ski together on my last day.I can't wait to stay at Josef's little piece of paradise again soon!!

This would have to be one of the best shiatsu massage in nz. My back was so bad I could barely take 10 steps. I am now 95 % better thanks to the amazing skills from their skillful masseuse. I cannot thank you enough and I will continue to come here every week. You fixed what the osteopath couldn't and I am eternally grateful XOXO

Highly recommended. Has a hot tub on the premises for guests. Massages are available at an extra charge and they are absolutely brilliant.

What a lovely place! Great views, warm welcome, very clean and if you want to meet other travellers the shared lounge is a great place to spend time. We had an en suite room but there are also rooms with shared facilities. Views are over the rooftops but look right down the lake and are beautiful. We had a Japanese massage while we were there as a birthday treat and Wow...it was amazing! Both the B and B and the attached massage rooms were very reasonably priced and we will certainly stay again. We loved it!
