Subway sandwich was good with all the yummy fillings I like.Seating available if you wanted to eat there.What I couldn't get over was the cleanliness of the premises.Spotless both in the customer area and from what I could see in the kitchen/back area.Plenty of parking both outside the entrance door and street

I went to subway at 9pm and it said closed yet your store closes at 11pm, there were two workers inside who would not acknowledge the multiple people standing outside the door who wanted subway, there were at least four groups wanting food yet you closed early… a reason would of been nice

Man. Whoever took over ownership isn't doing too well at all. Everytime I come to the Store it's closed, or there's no tomato or bread? The one older lady is terribly rude and to use the toilet have to get a set of keys. Like? Step your game up honestly

I really am surprised this place actually stays open to be honest every time I come here it's either closed or just about to close well before it's closing time it's actually gotten to the point where they stop handwriting notes to put on the door to say that they're not open that have got a proper sign they put out now I mean how hard is it to find someone to make a sandwich bad form bishopdale like I told you 3 months ago sorted out

This is my first review as i felt it was bad enough experience to force me to do one. I ordered footlong sub, they did not have lettuce or carrot....not an empty tub or anything, they just didnt offer it...asked if i wanted spinach instead??? how can you not have the most basic sandwich vegetables? ok fine, no lettuce or carrot, sure. Asked for cookie drink combo. Went to fill drink, there were ANTS in the cup.....advised of ants, got apology, asked for another cup. ok, we are nearly out of here. Go to get some raspberry fanta....pure soda water..ffs. ok fine, normal fanta....soda water. Told staff that fanta and raspberry is soda water, another apology, no offer to change syrup so i could get drink i want. got coke, actually coke this time. yaaay, quick exit, never coming back to this location again.

Google said shop closes at 10pm sign out front say 11pm on thursdays, Rick up at 9pm and it’s closed, doors locked

You guys always charge salad of the day $9.40 while all other store give it for $6.90. You guys overcharge a lot. I have been overcharged heaps of times at this outlet but other staff used to accept and refund while today's staff just refused and said YOUR SALAD(of the day) IS $9.40. Never coming back

The Bishopdale store should not have their Uber Eats App open on if the dont intend to fulfil orders; my order was cancelled and now I have a pending cost from my account I have to wait 3-5 days to have returned to me. Incredibly inconvenient, and I know the restaurant wasnt too busy cos it was first thing in the morning. Unprofessional and wont be coming by again
