Purchased a car and the alternator blew up exactly after 3 months. Now, they won't even help because I purchased mechanical warranty. Leaves me with $250 out of pocket plus I cant go to work until its fixed. Very bad customer service and poor product quality. Would never buy again.

Friendly and accommodating but a bit shambolic. Lots of waiting needed. Grooming wasn't up to scratch and knowledge of the vehicle wasn't that great - for example they said the stereo could be connected to the steering wheel control, but that was not correct. They offered to supply and fit an Adayo stereo/GPS unit and a reversing camera which I paid for but have since very much regretted. The stereo is a compromise fit and has no USB connection, the GPS is absolute rubbish, the Bluetooth reception drops out frequently, clock doesn’t keep time,and the reversing camera has no guidelines on the image and the installation is amateurish with the wiring stuck to the rear window with silicon. I'd recommend going elsewhere for accessories.

They seriously need to up the quality of their cars, I wouldn't allow people to see the state they're in if it was my shop. Only 2 stars not 1 because someone offered help.

Worst place to go me and partner went in and the person did not even ask for how much is your budget or anything and when we asked for to show us any new models he was like it’s expensive, he was lost interested to show us any cars

Very happy and impressed with these guys. Bell was awesome to deal with, made a deal we couldn't refuse and delivered everything on time as promised. The car was well groomed on pick up and we are very happy with our new car. I can definitely recommend these guys, thanks!

I bought my 1st car in the DTR Motors. The DTR Motors gave me a best car and best price. They gave me a 3 months warranty for the vehicle. I would like to highly recommend DTR Motors.
