Great communication and friendly service from Glen and Ammie, repairs to our AEG Condensor Dryer as discussed and on time, refreshing. A pleasure thanks Team R, we couldn't ask for more and would definately call again, highly recommend to others.

Glen & Aimee were so easy to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable and really helped to liaise a fantastic outcome for my problematic oven. They never gave up on it. I'm so very grateful and happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

We were seriously impressed by Glen and Ammie in terms of every aspect of their operation. We had an ancient & misbehaving wall oven and left our run a bit too close to Christmas.The things we really valued were:- Great communication at all times. Friendly but straight-talking.- Arriving within the scheduled time-frame (for both the inspection andthe later fix) complete with heads-up phone calls in advance.- Very competitive can't lose" one-fee system.- Integrity: Glen would neither compromise existing customers nor give usfalse hope by promising to squeeze us in for the fix in a largely bookedpre-Christmas schedule

Thanks for your help with repairing our broken fridge! Very easy to deal with. We were able to book an appointment and follow up appointment very quickly and communication was super friendly.

Highly Recommend Remedy Appliance servicing! Glen was easy to communicate with and got the job done, I was played around by other appliance service business's for 2 weeks, as soon as I found Remedy on google I contacted Glen and he was more than happy to come to the rescue.Many thanks Glen, the washing machine is working well and there is no leak.

Reply to owner:When I asked the technician to take off his shoes for hygiene purposes, the technician offer no explanation except said he would cancel the appointment and have to go. He didn't say he would take off his shoes and put on at the working area, nothing like what you said. You are telling lies to cover for his attitude. Continue to argue and you will get nowhere, the fact doesn't need to be argued. Yes, I wouldn't use your service at all even when you offered to come back because you lie!Glen was being persistent while I asked him to take off his shoes due to hygiene purposes. He said he has to come in with his shoes and offer no explanation and said he would have to cancel the appointment then. So, I said that's fine, he can go. I rang Harvey Norman which I bought my appliances, they said he could have explained that it is for health & safety purposes that he has to wear his shoes just in case anything drop on this feet. So, if Glen explain and communicate that to me, I would let him in and sanitise my floor later. Due to Covid-19, I have all the right to protect the hygiene of my household while respect his safety. Unfortunately he offer no explanation and ignore a request from me with a valid reason. When I rang Ammie, she gave the same response as Glen and she cut off our phone call by saying have a nice day. Wouldn't use them at all.

I had my fridge connected with water. Service person twisted a hose and did not have the proper fittings to do the job. I spent the whole afternoon waiting for him. I had called Remedy Appliances to order Electrolux items in December 2022 and 4 months later now, no response or follow up on the items requested. I am very disappointed in the level of service. I will have to now get another service person to take another look and check their work!

Glen and Ammie from Remedy Appliance servicing have helped me out a number of times, repairing a fridge water dispenser, dryer and washing machine. They have great communication through the process from appointment booking, clearly explaining the issue, their suggested fix and arranging any needed return visits with parts. Their costs are fair. Their service is prompt. I find them trustworthy, reliable and very helpful. I don't usually write reviews but this is just the kind of local business I like to support, and I hope through positive reviews other new customers will give them a go.

Great people. Glen assessed our new fridge that was damaged during transit. He swiftly contacted the manufacturer which enabled a quick swap to a new one under warranty. Both him and Ammie provided great communication throughout.
