John was wonderful I haven't had that kind of customer service in years. He recommended a couple of supplements and a decent chiropractor. I am very happy finding this shop. I totally recommend it .

Can't get enough of John's knowledge on supplements to help my body deal with stress and work demands - top advice followed with top supplements. Not many nutritionists/ health advisors like John now left in Auckland. Definitely see him if you're in need of a tune up

I went in to Total Health with a problem that my doctor, midwife and nutritionist had not been able to find a solution for. The knowledgable man at this shop (John?) spent the time to discuss my problem with me and came up with a solution that has worked brilliantly (not to mention almost instantly). Can't recommend Total Health enough. Thanks. I'll be back.

John recommeded a couple of supplements for me to deal with tricky hormones and 2 weeks later all my symptoms have disappeared. He is so knowledgeable, asks a whole bunch of questions and doesn't charge you for advice or make you feel like you have to spend a fortune. Thanks John
