Poor service today was important delivery and courier person left miss delivery card without trying to delivery the item. I front of our eyes he came shameless put card rather than knocking and we mistook it as delivery so didn't intervene but realize his hideous act when checked the delivery it was missed delivery card instead of important pakage.

Not impressed. Still waiting for a delivery to be made that should have been made last Thursday (one day after it was sent out). But instead the courier went to the wrong house & left the redelivery card there. Had they come to the correct address in the first place the order would have been received. The item is a gift, and a necessity for Christmas Day. Found out today that the courier had tried to deliver to the same address. Attention to detail is important. It also seems that the call centre staff at the Te Rapa branch don't seem to care when voicing your concerns about the said item.

After waiting five days for an overnight" delivery from Napier I drove to the depot in Pensrose to collect it myself. Not for the first time either. NZ couriers once again failed to deliver the promised service

No attempt at delivery. No card left. No tracking updated on website. Only found that it was being delivered through a third party website that gave more information than their own and calling them to confirm it was with them.

Worst services ever. Expensive equipment from overseas failed to deliver 5 times because of their system. Tried to pick up but was late because of an accident someone else had driving between towns. Tried to call no pickup. Tried tead office, put on loop options. Pofs service really.

Late delivery, always leaves by the letterbox so someone can steal it. No sign. Will raise a formal complaint with head office as I know people there. Absolutely rubbish company.
